How to Submit - Send your stories, photographs, or #VeciWarriors moments to members@dearveci.com. Include your name (or preferred byline), a brief description of the submission, and any relevant context you'd like us to know.

Permission to Publish - By submitting content to Dear Veci, you grant us permission to publish, reproduce, and share your submission in print, digital, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You retain ownership of your original work. Editing Submissions may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, or fit with the current issue. We will always aim to preserve your voice and intent. If significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

No Guarantee of Publication - Submitting content does not guarantee it will be published. We receive many contributions and curate each issue thoughtfully. If your submission isn't included in one issue, it may be considered for a future one.
